The very last shed !! I ordered online via app. My address is supposedly not a delivery area although the app clearly suggests it. A call shortly after ordering, no delivery possible, only pick-up. When I explained how this came about and I had a broken foot, I got the arrogant answer: "We don't care, we have our money". I have never experienced anything like it. Hopefully the shop will close soon. Such a juice shop !!
Unfortunately you have to assign a star otherwise I wouldn't give one. We ordered online, no problems. We get a call, where the address is and that they do not deliver to the place 5.6km away from the location and we are supposed to pick them up. Unfortunately, it was not visible on the Internet - since it suggested my street. So dressed and in the car, arrived at the location, pizza received, pizza lapprig, damp from the condensation in the packaging. Why you can't keep them warm is a mystery to me. On the whole. We'd rather leave it in the future. Out of money. Not to be recommended, we are very disappointed.

Taking Possendorf out of the delivery area is a sad decision. Instead, increase the minimum order value.
My last order (a total of the second in this house) was unbeatable in terms of insolence on the part of the deliverer. I could see him drive past the driveway twice over an hour after ordering. When I called, things came up like ... "Can't you even come towards me", "Why do you order so late", "I've actually been out of work for half an hour". Due to the inability of this person, the food was accordingly cold. He was rude, unfriendly and made sure that I will never order from this branch again. And this branch is definitely not recommended! Incidentally, two weeks earlier, also in the dark, his colleague found the front door without any problems in an acceptable time frame!
When calling, the first thing they did was write down the wrong address, with which the driver drove to the other end of town and the food was only lukewarm to cold. The addition on the pizza was not there, but it was noted on the bill, which I paid for. That's how you feed people off. And I gave a tip because I felt sorry for the driver. Never order there again. A star for the nice driver ?

Conclusion: regardless of the eternally, eternally long waiting time, -> rather go to a good Italian or warm up your pizza in the oven yourself! already ordered several times. Unfortunately mediocre to poor quality and no good customer contact! Already accepted far too often. Ordered to Freital for the family in Freital on August 13th, 2020 around 6:30 p.m. After 8:00 p.m. the pizza was still not there, whereupon I reported back via online feedback that I had been waiting for the pizza 1.5 hours, disappointed. Then I contacted the branch in Freital by phone to inquire. Then the really nice colleague said that the driver has been out a long time, he should have been there long ago, she tries to reach him and I should contact him again in 5-10 minutes if he is not there by then. I did that a second time. She had not yet reached him, but promised that she would speak to her boss at the next opportunity about a voucher or a concession or the like, because she understood that it is not nice to wait so long, especially with small children and you can expect it differently! When the order came, the pizza was unfortunately only lukewarm, not fresh and the pizza rolls almost cold or ambient temperature. According to the boss, the colleague did not speak to him and I just had him on the phone with little understanding for our dissatisfaction, with the announcement that he apologized, but now I have bad luck 1 week later and also via online message (only for the delay) I already got a 2, - Euro voucher. Unfortunately, the conversation ended not in a particularly friendly manner. My impression that the branch was overwhelmed with its tasks and that normal expectations of a moderately warmed up chain pizza were unfortunately confirmed. My telephone feedback was also not welcome + reproach that I could have given a second online feedback. So gladly for you here. Incidentally, the driver said he should have brought one to Dresden beforehand. Why didn't he stop with us on the way there ..? Conclusion: Better go to a good Italian or warm up your pizza in the oven yourself!

Unfortunately, I had to change my rating. The pizza came 30 minutes late, the driver didn't know where the address is, so you can arrive later and to top it off, instead of lava cake, dominoes were put in that didn't taste good at all. The switchboard does not pick up the phone or puts the call on hold. Very sad
Delicious food, fast delivery, only the price sometimes, well. But for good food like a few euros more ?
An hour of waiting despite pre-ordering, lukewarm to cold food, uninterested staff, lovelessly sliced pizza and little taste. For me it was the first and last time that I ordered there.
Great communication! I was given zero notice that my order could not be delivered because I 1. Did not reach the allegedly € 20 minimum order value, even though the delivery price is € 9.90! Then 2. I supposedly do not live in the delivery area, although I am 10 min. Drive away live ... and it worked otherwise ... thanks for nothing after work!
Food was great, staff a bit stressed and therefore looks unfriendly. We ordered our food online beforehand and it was ready on time.
Was really surprised that the pizza was ready so quickly. When I got home I knew why. Pizza was still half raw

Have ordered different pizzas several times and each time something bad comes out. Cold, wrong ingredients or burnt pizza can be found regularly at Dominos. Better to pay € 2 for pizza from Kaufland than € 20 at Dominos ... it doesn't take much in terms of taste and quality .. The staff urgently needs a training with an emphasis on courtesy and friendliness towards the customer! You are often not greeted, the employees quickly become loud when you are stressed and when you have complained you are often "unlucky" ... Never again!

Very unfriendly staff (at the food in the store). The pizzas themselves are just better than a corresponding frozen product, for the prices called this is unacceptable.

Everything tastes super delicious. Prices are pretty expensive but if you pick them up you can. Staff is always stressed out
